Last week Abbie had her first piano recital. She started taking lessons this fall and is really enjoying learning to play. She played her two halloween songs well and didn't get flustered by the large crowd. The students all got to dress up in the costumes for the recital. She was Tinkerbell of course. I am thankful for the other family members who came and took pictures because as luck would have it, I accidently left the video camera battery charging at home and my digital camera died when it was Abbies turn.

What a fun idea--letting the kids wear their costumes! I still teach piano lessons...I'll have to remember that! Your kids' costumes looked great. Sounds like you had a fun Halloween. I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving!
