Abbie has been patiently waiting since kindergarten to loose her first tooth. At times she would ask, "Am I ever going to loose one of my teeth?" Now that she is 7 1/2 and in the 2nd grade, she is proud to let everyone know that she lost her first tooth. It had to be one of the smallest teeth I have ever seen. I ended up barely tugging at it and it just popped out. She was very excited the next morning when she found a dollar bill under her pillow. She couldn't believe she got a whole dollar for such a tiny tooth. I don't know if she is expecting more later for larger teeth.

That's a big step, losing your first tooth! It's very important to my students... their hands are constantly in their mouths, especially when their friend loses one. (Our school nurse gives cool tooth necklaces to carry your tooth in.) A couple of years ago I was giving a math test and 4 different kids lost a tooth within 10 minutes. It was crazy! Congratulations!
Congrats Abbie!!!
Nicole hasn't lost one yet either, I think she's a year younger than Abbie (to the day if I remember).
Yay for Abbie! Lauren loved this post...
What age do they usually start lossing teeth?
hey, quick question for you about the gardening. I think I might be having the same problem with the starts that you had. I cannot get any growth. Ithough by now that I would have some but, no such luck. Do you have any advice. I have two boys that are starting to wonder. I am giving them plenty of sun and h20.
